Individual Therapy
Healing, Growth, and Self-Discovery
Life can feel overwhelming, stuck, or unclear at times. In individual therapy, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relational wounds. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you and create new ways of thinking, feeling, and living with purpose. If desired, we can incorporate your faith as a guiding resource in the healing process.
Couples Counseling
Rebuilding Trust and Deepening Connection
Whether you’re struggling to communicate, navigating conflict, or feeling distant in your relationship, couples counseling offers a space for both partners to feel heard and understood. We help you strengthen your emotional bond, build healthier communication patterns, and reconnect on a deeper level. Faith-based perspectives can be integrated to align with your shared values and spiritual vision for your relationship.
Family Therapy
What You Can Expect
Creating Understanding and Unity
Family relationships are powerful and complex. When challenges arise—whether related to parenting, transitions, conflict, or breakdowns in communication—family therapy helps create a space for everyone to feel respected and heard. We work collaboratively to rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster a healthier, more connected family system. Faith and spiritual values can be woven into the process at your family’s request.
Types of Therapy We Offer
At our practice, we believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s story, strengths, and struggles are unique—so we offer different approaches to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking for practical tools, a safe space to process emotions, or a new way to understand your life experiences, we’ll work together to find the approach that fits you best.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you recognize unhelpful thoughts and habits and replace them with more positive, realistic ones. This approach gives you practical tools to improve your mood, boost confidence, and handle life’s challenges more effectively.
Ideal for: Anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and breaking unhelpful habits.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines mindfulness, acceptance, and problem-solving skills. It’s especially helpful for managing intense emotions, reducing stress, and building stronger, healthier relationships.
Ideal for: Emotional regulation, stress management, relationship difficulties, and coping with overwhelming feelings.
Narrative Therapy
Your life is a story—and you are the author. Narrative Therapy helps you explore your experiences, see challenges from a new angle, and create a more empowering and hopeful path forward.
Ideal for: Life transitions, identity exploration, processing past experiences, and building a stronger sense of self.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
By using simple breathing exercises, meditation, and present-moment awareness, Mindfulness-Based Therapy helps you feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to respond to life’s stresses.
Ideal for: Stress reduction, anxiety, burnout, and improving focus and self-awareness.
Structural Therapy
Often used with families, Structural Therapy focuses on strengthening relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and creating new patterns that promote understanding and connection.
Ideal for: Family conflict, parenting challenges, and improving communication within the home.
Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy looks at patterns in your family and relationships to help you develop healthier boundaries, improve communication, and increase self-awareness—both within yourself and in your connections with others.
Ideal for: Family-of-origin concerns, relationship struggles, and improving emotional independence
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Uses guided eye movements and other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact.
Ideal for: Trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, and healing from distressing life events.
Individual/Couple sessions are $150
